A retired CIA agent is haunted by both the agency he worked for and his own nightmares when an unknown man pays him an unexpected visit after nearly three decades. Production was halted in March 2020 due to government restrictions. During this time, Jeff Bridges was diagnosed and treated for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. After recovering, the series went back into production. Bridges referred to the return as coming back from a “long weekend”. on a podcast in July 2022. Appeared at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards (2024). Good start, interesting idea goes downhill. The series is getting more incredible and unreal with every episode. The Afghan backstory is boring, the financial element is so over the top, Amy B’s acting is terrible.
